Submit A Job!

Here at JSN Graphics we typically work from and accept the following
file formats... AI, Bitmaps, JPG, CDR, EPS, PDF and TIF.

When submitting files please keep in mind which format would best
be suited for the job at hand by remembering the following...
AI, CDR, and EPS are best for vector art. When working with
AI, CDR, and EPS files make sure all text is converted to outlines.
Be sure to include any specific Pantone or color requests,
such as CMYK or RGB.

Remember that all graphics in your file need to be embedded and not linked.
If you are using any desktop publishing programs (i.e. PageMaker & Quark-
Xpress) please remember to include all fonts and graphics used in the file.
When submitting PDF be aware that certain settings must be observed,
such as fonts being embedded and how bitmaps included in that file are
saved. Please consult your application documentation for information
regarding PDF file print settings.
When submitting Bitmaps, JPG, and TIF files remember that the size of the
file you give to us greatly affects the outcome of the finished job. If you are
having full color process printing done with us we ask that your file be CMYK
color model and no less than 300dpi.

For all spot color printing make sure all line art and text is 600dpi, 1 bit black
and white, and all screened graphics should be 300dpi grayscale.

All submissions should be sent directly to our
Office Manager either on disk, e-mail or fax and
should include any important information pertaining to
the job, and all customer information including company
name and at least two methods of contact.
